STAFF LABOR ESTIMATE:
Staff labor is $20.00 an hour per staff member and begins at least one and one half hour prior to arrival of event for loading of supplies, travel, set up, the event itself and concludes at least one and one half hour after on site cleanup is finished for travel to our facility and restoration of supplies.
The labor is an estimate based on amount of guests, chosen menu, on site kitchen services if applicable, length of event, china vs. disposable, event site and travel distance to event. We may give you the most accurate estimate possible, once we are provided with the above information. Thank you for understanding
